California Early Start (ES) program aids to ensure opportunities for statewide early intervention are achievable for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, or who are at risk for having a developmental disability. This program supports the family-centered system, caregivers, and critically the developmental growth of the child.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention promotes ways for parents and caregivers to track your child's milestone development. With a core emphasis of, don't wait act early!

With SUN Meals, kids of all ages can enjoy meals and snacks during the summer at no cost at schools, parks, and other neighborhood locations. While statewide, SUN Meals may have a different regional name where you reside, yet the benefits are the same: providing meals for kids, teens, and may include opportunities to participate in fun activities. Preventing nutritional risk matters, SUN Meals aims to provide broader community support with healthy growth and development. 

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children - also known as the WIC program - serves to safeguard the health of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. This type of support matters greatly as nutritious foods are a critical component to healthy growth and development, see if you qualify. 

The Center for Parent Information & Resources is a national domain providing family-friendly information and research materials to help address disability related questions or concerns. 

This federal program provides assistance and guidance to ensure all children qualify for low-cost health & dental coverage. 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services provides resources, references, and pathways for all families to gain assistance. These resources range from displacement, housing, early intervention, call-centers, screening tools, and so much more.   

Autism Society San Diego critically understands the need for providing resources, support, education, connections, referrals, and community programming for families of loved ones with autism. This agency helps to empower families with a broad range of resources for a full life

The San Diego Crisis and Emergency Hotline aims offer immediate assistance for a range of life threatening crisis situations. This service is available 24/7 and sustains a variety of reachable methods for connection with specialist via phone or online chat.
