Below are instructions if you are interested in paying privately for services for occupational therapy/speech therapy. We offer an out of pocket discount for families who pay for our services directly. We accept cash, check, Discover, American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Flex spending cards.

Speech and occupational therapy are medical benefits and depending on an individuals insurance plan, they are reimbursable from the insurance company.  Depending on individual deductable and co-payment, some families are financially better off to pay privately and work with their insuance company for reimbursement for services they have paid for.  Some families prefer to use their cafeteria plans to pay for these services and other families are able to receive tax credits for medical bills for these services.

If you would like to speak with a clinician regarding services please contact our local office and request to speak with the appropriate discipline (speech or occupational therapist) regarding needs for your child.  Or email therapy therapyservices@dtckids.com and you will receive a reply from the appropriate discipline.

Once we receive your private pay contract and payment method options, we can schedule your evaluation. In order to assure a high quality of care, there is a significant amount of clinical paperwork we require. Please fill it out prior to your appointment or be sure to arrive early to complete it. This paperwork is a significant part of the evaluation and we are not able to complete the evaluation until we receive it.
