Welcome to Developmental Therapy Center
Developmental Therapy Center (DTC) is a pediatric clinic offering occupational, speech, and physical therapies. We are committed in supporting pediatric clients to explore, interact and adapt to their world throughout their lifespan. We strive to maximize learning potential and communication by empowering our clients and families to enhance their quality of life. Our therapists are driven to provide well balanced, high quality, developmental treatment to allow our clients to live fully.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy supports and promotes the development and engagement of children and their families in everyday routines (occupations). These routines include play, rest, self care, education and social participation. Occupational Therapy considers emotional, social, physical, sensory, cognitive, and adaptive behavior challenges that can be impacting a child’s ability to successfully engage in their daily life activities.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy supports and promotes the development of engagement, communication and language skills. Your speech therapist will assess, diagnose speech and language delays and disorders, and provide direct 1:1 therapy. Our department strives to provide fun, effective speech and language services for children of all ages and communication challenges.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy supports and promotes the development and reeducation of gross motor skills. Your physical therapist will work with your child on improving range of motion, flexibility, stretch, and proprioception.
